Hello! You’re probably here because you saw my latest talk on impostor syndrome.
I believe that anyone who wrongly feels like an impostor is able to control this belief, by using the following tips:
- Make a habit of collecting evidence that proves your achievements. I personally use a kudos email folder, where I will send myself screenshots of slack messages, emails etc. It could be a journal, a note on your phone… anything that works with your lifestyle.
- Talking to other people about your experience – a lot of people feel like this, you aren’t alone
- Use it as motivation
